The terms on which this site is published and read.
What this service is
brandenart.com publishes editorial descriptions of eighteen hotels. Using the site means accepting the terms set out here.
We are not a travel agent, a booking service or an intermediary of any kind. No reservation can be made here, and we hold no relationship with the hotels described.
How entries are written
Descriptions are our own wording of published material. They are editorial writing, not technical documentation, and should not be relied on as a survey, an access report or a safety statement.
Buildings change hands, change names and change layouts. We give no guarantee that any entry reflects the current state of a hotel. Opening hours, schedules and availability are not published here at all.
Nothing on this site is a recommendation to book, buy or travel. Decisions taken on the basis of what you read here are your own.
Links, copyright, corrections
Where we link outward, we do not control the destination and take no responsibility for its content.
Text and page design are ours. Photographs remain with their rights holders. Short quotation with a link back is welcome; wholesale copying is not.
Any reader, and any hotel writing about itself, may send a correction through the contact page. We check it against published material and amend the entry where the correction holds. No payment is asked for or accepted at any point in that process.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on anything published here.
These terms may be revised, and the version published here is the one that applies.
Casino hotels
The casino section describes four Canadian resorts as architecture only. No gaming activity is described, promoted or assessed, and nothing in that section is an inducement to play. Casinos are for adults only.
